Within the model I practice, I see ‘negative attachments’ as messengers that give us an opportunity to discover where we are not free, let me explain; These beings attach to us through our own shadow, our own darkness, that we have yet to heal - the pain, shame, guilt, resentment, anger, fear and trauma that we have not yet processed & integrated with in our own being. This is an a Empowering perspective as it moves us away from feeling like we are a helpless victim of an evil spiritual adversary and allows us to take control over the situation.
